Oakland Township is where Rochester's executive families go when they want land. The Heights sits on the stretch of Adams Road that earned the name "Billion Dollar Mile," a run of the township's most substantial custom estates, and it backs directly onto the golf course. Homesites are large, many are walk-outs, and the terrain gives you elevation and long views instead of a flat pad.

Downtown Rochester's restaurants and Main Street are ten minutes away. Paint Creek Trail, Bald Mountain, and Stony Creek are closer than that.

Homesites run roughly three-quarters of an acre to over an acre, with a high share of walk-out grades and lots that back to the fairways.
