Randy is owner and founder of Sapphire Luxury Homes. He started the company with a vision to provide unparalleled customer service combined with impeccable attention to detail. Randy has an Architectural degree from Lawrence Technological University and a Masters in Business Administration from Oakland University. He brings over 10 years of real estate expertise and a passion for luxury home building. This unique combination of Architectural Design, Real Estate Services & Technical Construction knowledge helps position Sapphire to accommodate a truly unique design & build experience.

Antonio V. Cardillo
Antonio is vice president of landscaping operations and has over 20 years of experience in residential and commercial landscape, hardscape construction and build management. He is responsible for corporate financial business plan objectives and pre-construction marketing business development with an active role in developing sales strategies, design approvals and bid evaluation, proposals, presentations, and marketing . Antonio currently holds MDOT authorized contractor certifications. His success has been with strong emphasis on self-preform work such as concrete , hardscape , landscape design and build.

Saba Katto
Saba is sales director at Sapphire and a top producing real estate broker with over 20 years of Real Estate experience. She has worked with builders and developers since the beginning of her career. Saba especially enjoys selling new construction homes and has always been impressed with Sapphire Luxury Homes process and product. Her experience in vacant lot/tear down properties, attention to detail, & passion is a great addition to the Sapphire Team. Along with this, Saba has education in the business field, sales & project management knowledge experience from her earlier career. Her commitment & flexibility is key to creating opportunities and sales.
